Didn't know what was involved in borrowing on a home equity loan, but the mortgage broker explained everything in detail. Specifically, I have one small payment at a lower interest rate while freeing up cash flow. I wanted to pay off high interest credit cards at a lower rate. I would recommend Capital Direct because of the rates and because the service was great.

We needed funds for a vehicle purchase. Our mortgage planner, Laura, was excellent about explaining the terms and helping. Having it left open was critical as I anticipate paying this off in one shot. 3 months interest penalty was reasonable for this. I'd recommend Capital Direct because our mortgage planner Laura was excellent.
