Website was very easy to follow; response time with questions and concerns was good; heard about Capital Direct from advertising and have family members who recommended. Was looking for debt consolidation, then allowing for moneys for other things like home renos etc. My consultant was very helpful and gave a lot of additional advice that I really appreciated and made me feel better about the situation that I was in. Have mortgage that now allows me to progress ahead with a savings plan and to do some renos on our home.

I visited your website and was impressed with what I saw. I was looking to consolidate debts; finish house renovations such as master bedroom en suite, downstairs bathroom, and laundry room. The mortgage consultant was pleasant and not pushy; knew what they were talking about and made us feel comfortable as we moved through the process. Everything was explained well - we were made to feel as if we mattered.

We wanted to fix up our kitchen, a few things around the house, and pay off some bills at a lower interest rate. We didn't know how home equity worked until Richard explained it to us. Would recommend Capital Direct because of the quick response and friendly, helpful consultant.
